1. Images, artwork and local storage

Image conversion, canvas editing and pattern generation run in your browser. These features do not actively upload your selected original images, patterns or pixel data to our application servers, or automatically publish your artwork.

Saved artwork, thumbnails, custom templates, drafts, beading progress, favorite colors and language preferences may be stored locally in the current browser. Quantities entered as materials you already own stay only on the current shopping page.

Local data does not automatically sync between devices, browsers or domains. You can delete artwork in the Library or clear local data through your browser's site data settings. Clearing site data may permanently remove artwork and progress you have not exported, so back up anything you want to keep first.

2. Website requests and automatic language

Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and security. When you load the website, Cloudflare processes information such as your IP address, request time, requested address and browser or device request information to provide these services. Its policies and service configuration govern processing and retention.

Automatic language selection uses the country or region Cloudflare derives from your IP address to choose Chinese or English. Our language endpoint returns only a language result to the browser, not your raw IP address. We have not added IP logging or location profiling to that endpoint. You can choose a language using the page's language control; your manual choice takes priority and is stored locally.

3. Material shops and affiliate links

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Material shopping buttons are labeled as affiliate links. Clicking one takes you away from this website to Amazon, where you review the product and place your own order.

Affiliate links contain an identifier that attributes referrals to this website. Amazon may use cookies, pixels or similar technologies for visits, shopping and commission attribution. Your browser may also send referring-page information according to its settings. Amazon manages this processing under its privacy notice. We do not actively add your artwork, images, artwork name or entered inventory quantities to affiliate links.

We do not process Amazon orders or payments, or ask you to provide your Amazon password, bank card or delivery address to this website. Amazon may provide us with referral reports such as clicks, ordered items and commissions; this does not give us your Amazon password or full payment details.

ARTKAL C shopping links open 2.6 mm product groups at the official ARTKAL store. Select the matching C code and verify the product there. These affiliate links contain our referral identifier. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. ARTKAL and its affiliate service provider Affiliatly may use cookies or similar technologies to attribute referrals. They contain no artwork images, names, full patterns, quantities or inventory. The store processes visits, cookies, accounts, orders and payments under its own privacy policy.

Ordinary MARD shopping links open CozyBead. When you click a color, that public code appears in the product page path; the shop-library link may include your selected bead size. Links do not include artwork images, names, the full pattern, required quantities or inventory counts. Confirm the size again on product pages. These links are not Amazon affiliate links, and commission partnerships with this store are not enabled. You verify products, order, pay and arrange support directly with the store; its policies and service providers govern cookies, accounts and order data.

4. Cookies, preferences and third-party choices

We use browser local storage for artwork and functional preferences. The current website does not actively embed a separate third-party visitor analytics tool or advertising pixel. Cloudflare may use necessary security technologies, and tracking on Amazon's website is governed separately by Amazon.

You can manage or clear cookies and site storage in your browser, and use the Amazon Advertising Preferences link below for the advertising choices Amazon provides. These controls do not necessarily stop all service records or commission attribution. Blocking storage may affect artwork saving and language preferences.

5. Contact, retention and deletion

Issue descriptions, optional contact details and screenshots you attach to the feedback form are stored in Cloudflare D1 for the operator to investigate and reply. Submissions include the page path without query parameters and browser information. Original artwork is not uploaded automatically. We use Cloudflare Turnstile and short-lived rate limits based on a hash combining the source IP, a server secret and a time window. Rate-limit records expire after approximately 10 minutes and are cleaned on later requests; raw IP addresses are not stored in this feedback database.

Local artwork generally remains until you delete it, clear site data or your browser removes the storage. Feedback is retained only as needed to respond, investigate issues and meet necessary record-keeping obligations. You can use the contact page to request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold about you. We will handle requests according to their scope and applicable requirements.

Hosting and third-party services may process information outside your region; see their policies for retention and deletion options. We cannot remotely recover or delete artwork stored only in your browser. You need to manage it on your own device.

You can also email [email protected] or use another listed contact channel. Attachments are optional; obscure unnecessary personal information before submitting. QQ, Xiaohongshu and email providers have their own data policies.

6. Children and policy updates

This website is for adult and teenage bead-art enthusiasts and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a contact channel, contact the website operator for assistance.

When features or data practices change, we will update this page and its revision date. Before adding cloud uploads, account syncing, analytics or other tracking, this notice should be updated and applicable choices provided.
